7-Week Weight Training Program
We are pleased to announce we will be hosting a 7-week weight training/conditioning program that will run from early November through the end of the year. This is a kick-starter to our normal Winter Training program that will begin after the New Year holiday in January.
The coaches are excited to help our athletes gain some strength to help both our erg training but more importantly our on-the-water speed. Best of all, this program will be FREE OF CHARGE. If you have any questions, please email Coach Cusano (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Here are the details:
- Open to all members (both returning and new) of the FM rowing program.
- Held every Monday/Wednesday/Friday (05:30-07:30 PM) beginning Monday, November 6th.
