7-WEEK WEIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM
We are pleased to announce we will be again hosting a 7-week weight training/conditioning program that will run from early November through the end of the year. This is a kick-starter to our normal Winter Training program that will begin after the New Year holiday in January. Please let us know if you are participating by clicking the following link:
The coaches are excited to help our athletes gain some strength to help both our erg training but more importantly our on-the-water speed. Best of all, this program will be FREE OF CHARGE. If you have any questions, please email Coach Cusano (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Here are the details:
- Open to all members (both returning and new) of the FM rowing program.
- Held every Monday/Wednesday (04:00-05:30 PM) beginning Monday, November 5th.
